In this Agreement, the following terms shall carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

You confirm that you have full legal capacity to enter into this Agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction. If you are acting on behalf of another person, you must have express authority to bind that person to these Terms, and you accept joint and several liability for compliance.
Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the Platform. The operation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is a prohibited activity under Section 9. Duplicate Accounts are subject to immediate closure and forfeiture of any associated balances.
When registering an Account, you must provide accurate, current and complete personal information as prompted by the registration form. This includes, without limitation, your full legal name, date of birth, email address, residential address and any other information required to complete KYC verification. You are obligated to update this information promptly if it changes.
You are responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose these credentials to any third party. You agree to notify hq117 immediately at [email protected] upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your Account or any other breach of security. hq117 shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised Account access that results from your failure to maintain credential confidentiality.
hq117 may require Players to complete identity verification at any stage of Account activity, including (but not limited to) at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity. Acceptable identity documents typically include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or valid passport. Proof of address documentation may also be required. All documents must be submitted through the Platform's secure HTTPS-verified verification portal exclusively. Players must never send identity documents through unencrypted messaging applications or by email.
Document Integrity: Players must not alter, obscure, falsify or otherwise tamper with any document submitted for KYC purposes. Submission of false or doctored documents constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and may constitute a criminal offence under applicable law. Accounts found to have submitted fraudulent documents will be immediately closed and all balances forfeited.
The deposit methods available on the Platform are displayed in the cashier section of your Account and may vary over time. hq117 may reference familiar Pakistani payment context including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah as informational guidance. These references are for contextual purposes only. hq117 makes no representation that any particular payment provider endorses, supports or permits transactions with gambling platforms. Transactions on the Platform may be conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR / Rs) and/or other currencies as made available in the cashier. Where currency conversion is applicable, the rate applied will be stated at the time of the transaction.
You warrant that all funds deposited to your Account are legitimately owned by you and are not the proceeds of any criminal, fraudulent or otherwise unlawful activity. Deposits made from third-party accounts, credit facilities or funds derived from illegal sources will be subject to reversal and AML reporting obligations.
hq117 may impose minimum and maximum deposit limits, which are displayed in the cashier. Players may also set their own voluntary deposit limits as part of their responsible gambling controls. Voluntary limits, once set, may be subject to a cooling-off period before they can be increased.

Bonus Funds and associated winnings are subject to Wagering Requirements as specified in each promotion's terms. Until Wagering Requirements have been fully met, Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn. Any withdrawal request submitted before Wagering Requirements are fulfilled may result in the forfeiture of outstanding Bonus Funds and associated winnings.
Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all Bonus Funds must be wagered within the period specified in the promotion. Bonus Funds not utilised within the applicable expiry period will be removed from the Account without compensation.
hq117 reserves the right to withhold, void or reverse any Bonus Funds or associated winnings where it determines in its reasonable discretion that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse. Indicators of bonus abuse include, without limitation: low-variance betting patterns designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, abuse of multiple accounts to claim the same offer, or use of any technical exploit to circumvent the legitimate intent of a promotion.

To submit a valid withdrawal request, the following conditions must be satisfied: (a) your Account must be fully KYC-verified; (b) all applicable Wagering Requirements on active Bonus Funds must be fulfilled; (c) your Account must be in good standing with no outstanding disputes or investigations; and (d) the withdrawal amount must meet the minimum threshold displayed in the cashier.

In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game or bet settlement, hq117 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Players. Winnings derived from a demonstrable system error or malfunction may be voided. Odds are subject to change at any time prior to bet acceptance and are confirmed at the moment a bet is accepted by the system. Live (in-play) odds fluctuate in real time. hq117 reserves the right to void bets placed at obviously erroneous odds ("palpable errors") where such odds differ materially from the correct market price at the time of placement.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of Account balances:
Consequences: Where prohibited conduct is identified, hq117 reserves the right to immediately suspend the Account, void all associated wagers and bonuses, withhold and forfeit the Account balance, and report the activity to relevant authorities where required by law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You must not reproduce, copy, adapt, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, decompile or otherwise exploit any part of the Platform or its IP without the prior written consent of hq117.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. hq117 does not warrant that the Platform will operate without interruption, be error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components. hq117 makes no guarantees regarding the outcomes of any game, bet or wager placed through the Platform.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hq117 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential losses arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform. This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, data, goodwill or business opportunities.
Where liability cannot be wholly excluded under applicable law, hq117's aggregate liability to you in connection with any single claim shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your Account during the six-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Prior to closure, any Real Money Balance (excluding forfeited Bonus Funds) may be withdrawn subject to the conditions in Section 7. Account closure does not affect any outstanding dispute or investigation initiated prior to the closure request.
hq117 may suspend or permanently close your Account at any time with or without prior notice, including (without limitation) in circumstances where: (a) you have breached any provision of these Terms; (b) hq117 is required to do so by law or regulatory direction; (c) fraudulent or suspicious activity is identified; or (d) hq117 decides to withdraw the Platform from your jurisdiction.
Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, hq117 reserves the right to forfeit the Account Balance in whole or in part. Where closure is effected by hq117 for reasons not attributable to Player fault, any Real Money Balance will be returned to the Player subject to identity verification and AML compliance.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the operator's licensing jurisdiction. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer-protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.
hq117 does not operate under Pakistani licensing and does not submit to the jurisdiction of Pakistani courts by virtue of making this Platform accessible to Pakistani-based users. Users in Pakistan are reminded that their use of the Platform may be subject to Pakistani law, and they are individually responsible for compliance.
hq117 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, the Platform will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice, which may be delivered via email to your registered address, a banner notice on the website or an in-Account notification.
Continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 13.1. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision.
