Built from the ground up for Pakistani players who deserve a fast, fair and genuinely entertaining online gaming experience — from Karachi to Peshawar and everywhere in between.
hq117 was built with a straightforward goal: give Pakistani players access to a world-class online gaming and sports betting platform that actually understands the local market. Pakistan is home to tens of millions of cricket fans, football followers, UFC enthusiasts and mobile-first gamers — yet for a long time the platforms available to them felt like afterthoughts, designed for foreign audiences with little regard for local preferences, familiar payment methods or the kind of sports coverage that actually matters here.
hq117 exists to close that gap. We combine a deep catalogue of casino games, live dealer tables, instant titles and sports betting markets — with a user interface and payment flow that feels intuitive to someone in Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan or Karachi. Our platform is optimised for mobile from the ground up, because we know most Pakistani players are on a smartphone, often on a mobile data connection, and they need an experience that is fast and responsive regardless of their device specs or network conditions.
The name hq117 represents our headquarters approach: a single hub where everything a player could want — from PSL T20 cricket betting to live Baccarat, from crash games to esports markets — is available under one roof, delivered through a platform that takes security, transparency and player protection seriously. We are not just another online gaming site. We are building something specific, considered and long-term for the Pakistani gaming community.
Everything we do at hq117 comes back to three core commitments — entertainment, integrity and responsibility. These are not marketing slogans; they shape every product decision we make.
To provide Pakistani players with a transparent, secure and genuinely enjoyable online gaming experience — one that respects their intelligence, protects their wellbeing and delivers consistently excellent entertainment across sports betting, casino games and live play.
Six pillars that define the hq117 experience for every player across Pakistan.
Pakistan is a smartphone-first nation — and hq117 reflects that reality. Every game, every lobby screen and every cashier interaction is designed to load fast and respond smoothly on mid-range Android devices running on 4G connections. We do not assume you have the latest flagship phone or a fibre broadband connection. If it works well in Multan on a standard SIM, it works everywhere.
We believe players deserve to know exactly what they are agreeing to before they deposit a single rupee. hq117 publishes clear, plain-English terms covering wagering requirements, withdrawal conditions, bonus rules and account policies. No hidden clauses buried in 40 pages of legalese. If a rule affects your experience, we state it clearly and prominently. Read our full Terms & Conditions before you play.
All data exchanged between your device and hq117 is protected by HTTPS/TLS encryption. Account access is secured through strong authentication controls, and your personal and financial information is handled in strict accordance with our Privacy Policy. We never sell player data to third parties or use it for purposes beyond operating your account and complying with legal obligations.
Pakistan lives and breathes cricket — and so does hq117. PSL T20 fixtures, ICC tournaments, bilateral Test and ODI series and in-play markets are central to our sportsbook. We offer a wide range of cricket betting markets including Match Winner, Top Batter, Top Bowler, Over/Under totals and live in-play options. hq117 has no affiliation with PCB, PSL, ICC or any team — we are simply as passionate about the game as our players.
Player wellbeing is not a compliance checkbox at hq117 — it is a genuine operating principle. We provide deposit limits, loss limits, session time controls, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion options as standard account tools. This platform is strictly for adults aged 18 or older (or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction). Local laws in Pakistan may restrict gambling activity. See our Responsible Gambling page for full details.
Player support at hq117 is available around the clock via live chat and email. Our team is trained to resolve account, payment and technical queries efficiently without giving players the runaround. Urdu-language assistance is available on request. Reach us at [email protected] — note this is plain text; email support is not a clickable link.

Promises we back with real platform features — not just words on a page.
We display balances and transaction amounts in Pakistani Rupees (PKR / Rs) wherever contextually appropriate, so you always know exactly what you are dealing with in familiar figures.
hq117 references familiar Pakistani payment options — Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — as context within our cashier guidance. These references are informational only and do not imply those providers endorse or support gambling activity.
We do not display fake regulator logos, fabricated license numbers or unverified "100% safe" badges. If we state a fact about our platform, it is accurate. If something cannot be verified, we say so rather than inventing reassurance.
Account verification protects both players and the platform. KYC is conducted through our secure HTTPS-verified portal only. We never ask players to send sensitive documents through chat applications or unencrypted channels.
Sports betting odds at hq117 are presented clearly with market context. We do not obscure return rates or bury the house edge in confusing formatting. Understanding what you are betting on is your right as a player.
Account changes, bonus conditions, policy updates and support responses are written in plain, natural English — without corporate jargon or deliberately confusing language. Pakistani players deserve clear, honest communication every time.
Every platform has a story — here is ours. The milestones below trace the thinking and development philosophy that shaped hq117 into what it is today.
The founding team identified a clear gap in the online gaming market for Pakistani users — platforms that combined sports coverage relevant to local fans with a mobile UX that actually worked on the devices and connections most commonly used across Pakistan's cities and towns.
Core infrastructure was built with mobile performance as the primary constraint. Game delivery, live-streaming quality and cashier responsiveness were all stress-tested specifically for Pakistani mobile data conditions before public launch.
Cricket markets — covering PSL T20, ICC tournaments, bilateral series and in-play events — were prioritised as the flagship offering. Sports betting coverage for football, UFC and esports was added to serve the broader interests of Pakistani players beyond cricket alone.
Player-protection tools including deposit limits, loss limits, session controls and self-exclusion were integrated as standard account features, not optional add-ons. The 18+ age gate and responsible-play messaging were built into the onboarding flow from day one.
hq117 continues to evolve — adding game categories, refining the mobile experience, improving support response quality and updating terms and policies to reflect best practices. Player feedback from across Pakistan directly shapes our development priorities.
hq117 is strictly for adults aged 18 years or older — or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction. Local laws in Pakistan may restrict or prohibit gambling activity. Playing on hq117 does not imply that gambling is lawful in your specific location. It is your responsibility to verify and comply with the laws applicable to you.
Gambling should be entertainment only. If it stops being fun, use our self-exclusion tools or visit our Responsible Gambling page for support resources and player-protection guidance.
